What is Realization? To realize the Real, one must get out of the comfort zone of the mortal body and embody the eternal realization of divine consciousness. Shunyamurti reads from "Thus Spake Ramana."

Shunyamurti addresses a question that is asked time and time again, "How do I do it? How does one reach Liberation?" He answers by read excerpts from Muruganur's "The Shining of My Lord", a collection of poem and aphorisms about the process of attaining Self-Realization written by a student of Sri Ramana Maharshi.

In this beautiful morning teaching, Shunyamurti explains that the Sat Yoga vow of santosha, contentment, is the basis for Grace, of which there are three forms: Shaktipat, anugraha, and prasad,  all of which assist in the termination of the simulation - the dissolution into infinite consciousness.

Shunyamurti reads and interprets the Rubais of Rumi: Insane with Love, revealing the main obstacle to Liberation is love for the ego rather than for God, and that moving from reason to radical acceptance is the essential breakthrough to the superconsciousness that is real Love.
