Shunyamurti starts by explaining the difference between contemplation and quantumplation, explaining how science has superseded religion, and how we must use the insights of science to elucidate our spiritual knowledge, and he speaks of the balance between theory and practice, finally speaking about the meaning of the Trivium.

Question: How does one honor the goddess? Excerpt: "The goddess is known as Shakti. Shiva and Shakti are the two twin principles of Cosmic Reality. Shiva transcends the cosmos and the power of Shakti creates and evolves the cosmos and is present as the intelligence of nature, the beauty of nature, the pristine infinite preciousness of the natural world and all of its potencies and all of the intricate intelligences that work together in every ecosystem. And to honor the Goddess is to honor and sustain and be a steward of that system of nature which she has provided and which she pervades."

Shunyamurti reveals that, today, the bodily religions are celebrating Easter and Passover, which shows their frame of reference of body-consciousness, and explains their symbolic spiritual significance which pertains to all of us, as well as the symbolism of Moses and Christ.

In this guided meditation, Shunyamurti invites us to bring the attention to the center and merge into the source of being that is filled with love, power, wisdom and joy. (25mins.)

Shunyamurti defines meditation as "questioning the relationship to thought, body, and the world", and goes on to explain the paradoxes of thought itself, of trying to move beyond thought with thought, and of the structure and development of the ego.

Celebrating Maha Shiva Ratri: The Holy Night of Shiva   In this teaching, Shunyamurti explains that Maha Shiva Ratri is a portal to activate our supreme potential.    "Are you able to be in tune with the vibrational waves which bring not only peace, but bliss, power, love, fulfillment, and liberation from all illusion? Maha Shiva Ratri is the day in which we are to do the fine-tuning to that supreme frequency."

Shunyamurti begins by saying that God gifts all treasures to those who yearn, then explains that many people begin to conceive of God as the third person (He/She), working through to the second person (Thou) when the relationship has deepened, finally realizing God in the first person (I Am/the Self), he then speaks about how God can only be known via the heart, through love, but egos are as agnostic about love as they are about God because of past experiences and traumas, but that love is the only answer and alone will bring us peace/stability, saying that love is the portal to the Absolute, that when there is love there is no need for techniques, and that the heart must be purified.

Having screened The Big Lebowski the previous evening, Shunyamurti analyzes the famous line, “The Dude Abides”, and contextualizes the place of the Dude on the spectrum of consciousness, noting that the puer aeternus (the psychological position of staying an immature "eternal child" and refusing to grow up or take responsibility), embodied in past cultural icons such as The Little Prince, has become the Big Lebowski, and encourages us to abide as the Supreme Dude, rather than the Dude portrayed in the Cohen brothers' movie. Shunyamurti discusses esoteric paths and exoteric paths (that begin from an ego perspective), saying that seeking creates more seeking, then proceeds to explain the three Reals and how they correspond to Tibetan Buddhism (Dharma Kaya, Sambhoga Kaya, and Nirmana Kaya), also speaking about love and chakra two, and, of course, recommending the movement to Real 3. Shunyamurti begins by asking the difference between a spiritual seeker and a spiritual finder, saying that the seeker has a human sized ego and the finder has a cosmic ego, and he goes on to elucidate the concept of Nothing, then goes into a metaphor of a car on a journey (ego = tires, soul = GPS, Atman = Driver), and says that the ego is terrified that Liberation from the matrix will be the end of jouissance, then speaking about the difference between individual mind and Mind (as infinite consciousness without thoughts—that Thinks!), and concluding on the role of art, as well as the pop songs that get stuck in our (small) mind. Shunyamurti reveals that the sign of an old soul is having a broken heart. There is an anguish that one wishes to heal, but the heartbreak is a terminal wound, and the ego won't accept what is present—the loving embrace of God. The ego must be killed, and the presence of God is the only thing that will fill the heart, but the ego has cut off love because of the wounding, and in surrender and silence the divine heart can begin to speak. Shunyamurti explains that the ego's main problem is dis-regulation, which creates hopelessness, which is actually a great blessing because it makes one look for the Self.
