We spend two hours in a deposition in which the witness claimed that she witnessed the process being done correctly. We realized that whatever was going to happen it was not in our hands, we had to wait and see how things worked out. We got a call from Steve with a good question about house ownership and house properties. We also got a caller asking us how to compel a judge to follow the court's orders when you are trying to present how the responder has fail to meet expectations of the court.  Listen now to learn more!

We a very special guest joining us today! Lori Shannon Cruz, Miami Dade County prosecutor who is running for County Court Judge. We interview her and ask her some questions about her background and why she decided to run for County Court Judge. We also share with her some anecdotes of some of our previous cases.

We also discuss the situation related to one of the NFL players kneeling with the National Anthem. We discuss Trumps reaction, American's reaction, and how this whole situation is another way to divide us. We go over how the different parties are also divided and how this affects our country in general.

There are thousands of cases filed claiming that we lost all the notes, and the notes actually filed aren't endorsed so they just keep lying. Eventually they got cought because of falsifcation of signatures by banks creating these fake evidence. Bottom line we need to make it a personal fight to get people registered to vote because the rule of law is lost.We are living in an oligarchy and we need to change this!

We discuss our most recent foreclosure case. It was a really complicated and particular one. We give you all the details on it and how we decided to fight it. Our cliente had autism and got into a big mortgage debt. She chose us to fight for her and we did. There were fake documents created when processing the mortgage and nobody got arrested or charged. It was a really hard fightbut we didn't give up.
