Nate is currently Head Coach at Xavier University and has developed a reputation as one of the best 'recruiters' in the country. But as you'll see here, Nate's ability as a coach goes way beyond recruiting. They talk philosophy, applying business lessons to soccer, character assessment, and building a staff among many other aspects of the game.
