    In this episode we talk about how The Grammys have always been out of touch with heavy music, and Trent talks about why he won’t watch some of his favorite musicians pay tribute to Lemmy. We then get into some talk about new stuff coming from Metallica (a very cool book and some reissues), Fear Factory and Max / Igor Cavalera playing 2 classic albums in their entirety this year, a new band in Tulsa called Screaming Red Mutiny featuring some awesome musicians, and then we delve into the recently announced Generation Axe tour. We talk the 5 members and how amazing this tour sounds, and then focus in on our favorite stuff and why we both love Steve Vai and Nuno Bettencourt. We talk a little about the lineup for Chicago Open Air, and we also play a couple kickass songs and talk a bit about The Road Vikings (San Fransisco) and Torpedohead (Germany). Dave talks about the documentary, his start in music in the mid 80’s, his bands asylum, Bunnies of Doom, Bozack, Cobra Kai and Hussy. He also talks about the scenes in Tulsa / Colorado Springs, the idea to put out a career spanning vinyl compilation, and more.
