In this episode of the Align Podcast, Tony Riddle and I chat about play and imagination's place in adulthood. When most of us look back to our childhood, we remember wanting to be older and wanting to abandon the child in us. And once we finally go through the rite of passage of becoming an adult, a lot of us continue to push the child within us away because we tend to associate our childhood with being vulnerable. However, those times where we were the most imaginative and most playful in our lives are what helped us learn and grow into who we are today.
