My whole life I have had a fear of messing something up. Speaking out and being judged. Feeling like I have to be perfect all the time. Not rocking the boat, never dying my hair or speaking up about things that will hurt others. Not being too political but this is not about politics as one of my beautiful clients Bria Jones has shared. Racial injustice is about human rights. And leadership is NEVER ABOUT PERFECTION. That is why leaders are loved and hated, agreed with and disagreed with. As coaches and healers in this group, I just want to give you permission to take a stand for what you truly believe.
