This month, we have two special guests from Europe. Raoul Belmans comes from Belgium and is 1 Half of the infamous house duo, The Swirl People. He was the Winner of the Partyguide Electronic Music Award in Belgium as best "National House DJ" 4 consecutive years running and "Best National Producer"s with Swirl People in 2004 & 2007.
