You might think you know a certain state or county, but you might not know which area is the best place to do deals. You want to be specific and targeted, but you don't want to overanalyze everything. Spray and pray marketing isn’t the best strategy. Getting very specific and intentional when going into the best markets gives you the best chance to find a good deal and sell it as quickly as possible. I love Prycd.
