African American and other minority farmers breathed a sigh of relief when the American Rescue Plan promised specific debt relief for farmers of color. But when President Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act in August, the plan was repealed and minority farmers are crying foul. We talk with Black farmers in Virginia about the impact of the pandemic and inflation on their livelihood and if they will be able to stay in business.
