If you're a horror fan, particularly on in the UK, you probably think of Hammer Studios very fondly, but even the most fervent fan would have to admit that by the Seventies Hammer was beginning to look dated. And as we love Hammer but also love iconoclasm we're looking at a Hammer film from their wane against a gory up-and-comer from the same year.
