The Christian businessman and author Max De Pree wrote, "The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality." Jesus, the ultimate leader, is the author and perfecter of our faith. This means that Jesus is the leader who defines the fulness of reality. As we bid farewell  to 2023 and look forward to 2024, the key word as a church family is hope.
