According to 2023 figures from the World Economic Forum, around 53.6 million metric tons of e-waste is produced every year worldwide.Combating that is HPE’s Technology Renewal Center (TRC) at Erskine, just outside Glasgow in Scotland. It takes in around 3 million pieces of end of use tech every year to help it find a new life.
