Like many people who were raised in northeastern Ohio my guest grew up a Cleveland Browns fan. Mark is a lifelong athlete who played football and wrestled in high school and college and looked forward to competing at the next level. He played at Baldwin Wallace which is where his favorite pro team, the Cleveland Browns, practiced every day. Mark also had a stint with the Portland Raiders though it was cut short as a result of an injury he sustained while competing on the NBC G4 show American Ninja Warrior. In November of 2009 after watching his father beat cancer to die of liver disease Mark found himself staring in the eyes of adversity and losing control of his life.
