Our guest, LeeAnn Miley is the executive director of the nonprofit organization The Sovereign Stylist. After being terribly misclassified by a salon owner, she recognized the need for more business education in the beauty industry specifically regarding worker classification & rights. LeeAnn is a single mother of 4 from central Nebraska, she fulfilled her dream of owning a salon after 12 years behind the chair in various positions from corporate management
