I can’t even remember how I came to hear ‘Bad Guy” by Billie Eilish. It has caused me to want to respond to her. I had initially listened to her music in an attempt to relate to my daughter, but once I really listened to the lyrics in this song, I realized how horrific it was. Then, I heard another song by Billie Eilish. We have the opportunity to speak into young people’s lives by using popular culture and this is what we have the opportunity to do with this song.
