Sinopsis

Phil Matier is away this week. A new report illustrates how California’s massive efforts to shelter homeless residents during the COVID-19 pandemic were successful. For more on this, KCBS Radio news anchors Eric Thomas and Margie Shafer spoke with CalMatters Reporter Marisa Kendall.
