His company has designed homes for Mick Jagger, Bryan Ferry, Rod Stewart, Ringo Starr, Charles Saatchi and Rupert Everett among others. Alex Wheatle is a writer of young adult fiction who won the Guardian's children's fiction prize in 2016.
