Having suffered from an injury myself for such a long time it was great to hear from John Mills other approaches to recovery and getting back to full fitness other than the practical treatment. I must admit I was always a little bit sceptical with this area of potentially healing yourself but John made some very good points that really opened my eyes particularly as he was able to back it up with references and research examples. John is hugely experienced in the fitness industry and has a lot of knowledge that has come from not only education but also what he has seen work for clients over his years of personal training.
