I kind of get tired of all the articles and posts telling us we can be successful just because Richard Branson is dyslexic and still a billionaire or because Colonel Sanders founded KFC in his 60's. The truth is we can't all be successful just because we know they're stories. There's so much more to it than that. So this week I wanted to dig a little deeper and look into the traits of successful people and how we can use those traits to increase our chances of success. I also answer a listener question around how you can gain confidence.
