He is someone that helped me get into the health and fitness space, he inspired me to regain my health when I got sick back in 2010/2011 and I’ve done more workouts with this man than perhaps any other human on the planet; even if we’re talking about putting in a DVD into a DVD player or my computer and doing it at the gym alongside him. As weird as it sounds, yes it is pretty weird, but Tony has had a huge impact on my life, he’s made massive changes in my own health and my mindset. He’s one of the true innovators in the health space because he helped to make health and fitness fun again and in area where it can get stale and boring and taken way too seriously.
