Andrew's journey began with a simple “yes” to an opportunity to apprentice at a salon! He had no idea that he was about to embark on an epic adventure. Over the past 24 years, he's immersed himself as a full-time hairdresser, salon owner, artistic director, education director, photographer, editorial stylist, facilitator, and coach. Inspired by mentors, his early career focus on teaching and coaching evolved into shaping future leaders. Serving as the Artistic Director for Paul Mitchell Schools and Education Director for Sam Villa, Andrew aimed to share the invaluable gifts he'd received with a broader audience. As the founder of The Journeyist, Andrew, a certified mBit coach/trainer and Oxygen Advantage Advanced Breathwork facilitator, draws on his education from Soul Salt Academy, Fierce Conversations, and Ultimate Coach University.
