A ton has happened these past 12 months, so much so that even though I spewed my guts for 40 minutes in this episode, there was still so much I didn’t share. But I think my overall sentiments on the year got across. To think back to where I was this time last year, honestly, it’s like night and day. This time last year I was stressed, burnt out, and frustrated. My life was going in a direction I didn’t like, and I knew the only way to get back on a path that felt right, I needed to make a drastic change.
