Elliott Garms is the co-founder and CEO of humanpredictions.io, a data science company whose recruiting software helps companies find tech talent and who recently received a 1 million dollar investment. Elliott has devoted his entire career to tech recruiting. He ran his own tech recruiting business for many years, led tech recruiting at Groupon, and co-founded Dev Bootcamp Chicago, which was acquired by Kaplan. Growing up in a family of recruiters, he started working in the industry when he was 16 years old. In his work, Elliott is guided by his firm belief that computers can never replace people in a human-centric business, but that they can help when used to solve the right problems.
