The neuroscience behind why you can't ride two horses with one arse

Sinopsis

Ok, so I heard the saying and I fell in love with it. We live in a world where trying to do two (or more) things at once is normal. Can we multitask or is this lovely saying actually true? Let's check the neuroscience… Reference for today's post is "The Brain that Changes Itself" by Norman Doidge MD So it happens that Nick, the wonderful friend that told me the saying that inspired today's post, is going to Kenya with his youngest daughter on a life-changing trip… As part of the "Kids for Kenya" group he is raising money to build classrooms, fund six teacher salaries for a year, build water filtration systems, construct homes for widows and their children and fund a medical clinic for the community. They have paid their own travel expenses so all donations go directly to the villages they are helping. I would really appreciate you donating. Please click on their fundraising link below. Anything you are able to contribute will be impactful and gratefully received. https://www.crowdrise.com/kids-for-kenya
