Tyler Clary is a world-class, Gold-medal-winning Olympic Swimmer on Team USA.  In the 2012 London Olympic Games, Tyler came from behind during the last stretch of the 200m backstroke to overtake heavy favorite, Ryan Lochte, and win Gold.  Tyler talks with us about his mindset going into the race and strategies used for training and in-race execution.
