Valentin & The Widow

Previously in Valentin & The Widow: The Mandrake Machine…  It is 1924. Eleanora Rosewood, the dowager Lady Rosewood, is on the trail of her late husband's secret cabal, which plans to destroy the city of Shanghai with an earthquake machine. Her only companion is a Russian sailor named Sacha Valentin. Arrayed against them are the deadly gangster Madam Mandragora, the charming rogue Arek Saxon, and the loathsome political manipulator Sir Francis Hardie. The police have come to arrest Sacha following his attack on Saxon, and a tremor has shaken their hotel. Our story concludes.
