It’s episode 15! My guest today is Erin Bagwell, a film maker, graphic designer, entrepreneur, feminist blogger and all around awesome human being. She is the creator and director of the film Dream, Girl which tells the stories of amazing female entrepreneurs to inspire the next generation of leaders. She is also the founder of Feminist Wednesday, a feminist storytelling blog that aims to empower and inspire women. In this episode we talk about how Erin left her corporate job in advertising when she wasn’t sure what she was going to do next, what it was like starting Dream, Girl and having to raise $30,000 in one week to achieve the goal for her kickstarter campaign, and the importance of telling her own story and owning it.
