I made a pact with myself for daily learning, reading AND implementing - phone goes on flight mode when i go to bed and doesnt get turned on till ive nailed my meditation, dogs walked - my fambam time, smoothie is smashed, self practise / workout done aaand PD sorted. This last year I implemented a 'play money' account and thats purely for self indulgence - massages / shopping / - my spoil myself money :) i am two hands
