Welcome to our new season on the show! For my return listeners you might have noticed the break we took between our last season. I wanted to drop in with a solo episode and talk about why I took a short pause…which the title might say it all. So we are back at it, the show of course continues…we had a little pause in releasing episodes over the last months, as some really big things have been happening and well… I might as well come out and say it. I AM PREGNANT!  It is such a blessing and I am overjoyed to share this news to you. Altho ugh this episode isn't just for that. I wanted this episode to be valuable and actually share how I got here. I mean some might think…well we know how you got here, but actually there is much more to it than that. So I'm going to get personal and share things that I feel can be helpful for anyone either on the journey of fertility and wanting to have a family or anyone that is struggling to conceive.
