This week on the show Maine and Miranda recap the UFC BJJ 5 and ADCC European and African Trials 2026. We kick off the show talking about Gordon Ryans official retirement.After that we move into the recap section of the show talking about UFC BJJ 5 headlined by Mikey Musumeci vs Shay Montague for the Bantamweight title. We talked about Shay tearing something in his upper leg and announcing it to his corner at the end of the first round, then we discussed the passing from Mikey in the second round and the heel hook submission that allowed Mikey to retain his title. In the middleweight title match, we talked about Ronaldo Souza Junior vs Tarik Hopstock with Ronaldo, retaining his title through top pressure. In Nicholas Meregali vs Nicholas Maglicic we talked about Meregali returning to competition after 17-months off due to injury  and how we were able to see flashes of the old game while seemingly dealing with some rust. We also discussed that this was most likely. Meregali first match with a three round timer
