Ultra Dirt 1 was the start of a mix series where I moved into a darker, dirtier house sound than I was usually known for at the time. Up to that point, I was mainly associated with funky house, so this was something a bit different. The mix leans more towards chunky basslines, twisted synths and a tougher club sound.
