On Jesus teaching about his "coming."CORRECTION FROM PASTOR RYAN: I realized on Sunday afternoon that I falsely claimed that the Jewish historian Josephus was not alive during the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD. He very much was. Josephus was alive from 37-100 AD. I blame this on a "brain glitch," as at some point I had memorized the fact that Josephus lived AFTER Jesus. Because I had a faint memory that Josephus lived after some of the events in history he helped to corroborate, my brain extended this to the Temple's destruction in an ad-lib on Sunday morning. I doubted my statement that afternoon, checked and realized my error. I apologize! I always want to do my best to be factual and truthful in sermons.
