There is a dearth of fuel. •In the short-term a rival tribe has it out for them, the Bike-o-mancers have a beef. In the long-term earthquakes threaten to further weaken their haven. •The church sits near a shopping plaza with a department store for sundries and further down the way is an overpass that serves as an observation point and place to gather supplies.
