Cohen, Neil manages the commercial practice group.  Neil develops long term business partnerships by applying his unique expertise to client needs.  With over 16 years of experience, Neil delivers caring, professional solutions to complex insurance and risk management problems. Neil earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1999.  After graduation, he joined his brother David Owens at E.B. Cohen.  Learning from Jonathan Cohen and his considerable experience, Neil developed a passion for the craft of insurance and risk management.  Neil, David and Jonathan have led all aspects of the organization as partners since 2005.Neil is committed to continuing education.  In 2000, he earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. At the time, he had the distinction of being the youngest person to earn a CIC.
