Tune in as we talk to Corinne Bates, Austin's resident sad boi musician and writer. Corinne grew up in Boerne, Texas before moving to Austin to attend St. Edward's University, receiving a bachelor of arts in writing and rhetoric. During her time at university, she wrote and was the managing editor for Cabra Magazine. She also is a contributing writer for the music blogs TheNewNine and The Wild Honey Pie.  Post grad, she will be attending Columbia's Publishing Course, where she hopes to learn the skills to eventually start her own arts and entertainment publication focusing on celebrating and telling the stories of artists of all races, genders, ages, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
