The president said Sunday that special counsel Robert Mueller should not testify to Congress on his report on Trump and Russia. Also, President Trump, after speaking with Russian President Vladimir Putin, says the two didn't discuss meddling. And, Michael Cohen, the president's former personal lawyer, is due to report Monday to the Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville to begin a three-year sentence for tax evasion, lying to Congress and campaign finance crimes.
