Diana Azavedo is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher in Dubai. She has her Masters Degree in Science and Philosophy of Yoga. I'm excited to share our conversation on this topic as well as a few others. We studied together in Thailand for our 300 HR teacher training, and this is the last episode from that trip.
