Taking time to relieve tension and stress in our necks and shoulders helps us move through the day with more ease. With backpacks, sedentary lifestyles, and incorrect posture, it's easy to find tension nagging at our necks. In this episode we'll do a couple of easy arms stretches. Mainly we'll focus on doing eagle arms to open up the lats and other areas around the shoulders. Remember to set an intention for your individual yoga practice, keep breathing, and dive on in.
