It's easy to carry tension in your neck and shoulders. Do yourself a favor and take a few minutes to release some of that building tension. In this episode we'll do a few simple yoga poses which can be done seated or standing. We start from tall mountain, then go into a shoulder press, and then breath with arms in eagle pose. Find some space, focus on your breath, and practice yoga where you go.
