When it comes to confidence, as well as most other things in my opinion, this attribute can be classified as a skill, meaning that it can be improved upon through our own efforts and endeavors. A common misconception of confidence is that we are either born with it or not, and not much can be done to help our cause in that regard; I highly disagree.
