As the study of the book of Luke moves to verses 5 through 17, we will consider several connections between the story of Zacharias and Elisabeth and Old Testament individuals. In this sermon, we consider the account of two barren women -- Sarah and Elisabeth -- and how one account creates the beginning of the story of Old Testament Israel and how the other concludes the natural people of God and moves to a spiritual people.
