J's started CPE this week! K's drinking Mighty Squirrel's Velvet Moon, a mocha stout and J's having a Bubly lime sparkling water. This week we discuss plans for going back to the workplace in the midst of a pandemic. Topics include: flexibility, guilt trips, safety, whether our jobs can still be at home or not, workplace expectations, how decisions are made, personal responsibility, online education, and long-term effects of the pandemic. K's still practicing her crochet skills, and J finished her blanket and started a sweater! J's glad to be in a place to feel comfortable asking for help and K's happy for a new gadget!
