Patients with heart failure who come to GHS for care will find state-of-the-art cardiovascular and congestive heart failure observation units and a dedicated heart failure inpatient unit. Our care model includes multidisciplinary rounds with physicians and physician extenders and with representatives from nursing, pharmacy and social work.
