Barabbas woke up on eternity’s day just "moments from death." There was no turning back; he was guilty. Barabbas had a date with 2 pieces of wood, 3 spikes, and the sting of death. Trapped in his guilt, resigned to his fate, out of no where came Jesus, grace, and a fresh start. In many ways Barabbas is a picture of us all.
