Bill Ripken was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 11th round of the 1982 MLB draft. He reached the major leagues in 1987, making baseball history  as he joined his brother on the team that his father  managed , marking the first time two sons on the same team were managed by there Dad,. He led the Orioles in batting average with a .291 mark in 1990. He was a mainstay  as the starting second baseman most of his first 5 years with the team. He currently serves as a radio host for XM Satellite Radio and a studio analyst for MLB Network. He has a brand new book out  called State of Play The Old School guide to New School baseball, he joins Mark and Ryan to talk about it.
