Maritza R. Alarcón is anything but average! This Brooklyn native, grew up in a single parent home, but managed to stay connected to her very supportive father. Their loving relationship picked her up in her lowest moment, after going from a 6 figure salary to losing everything. Through the art of self discovery she found lessons in creating her own happy while volunteering in Africa and working with youth programs in NYC. After felling pressured from those who know her best, she is now launching a book about her unique happiness. We talked with Maritza, hoping to get the inside scoop about what's on her dream list and how she was able to accomplish so much in such a short time span.
