Hi, My name is Sara Dimerman, also known as HelpMeSara. I’m likely one of the only psychologists you’ll meet that has an undergraduate degree in Radio and Television. However, soon after graduating from Ryerson, I began my journey towards obtaining a Masters level degree in Assessment and Counselling from the University of Toronto. For more than thirty years I have been counselling individual adults, teens, parents, couples and families out of my office in York Region, Ontario. In addition to seeing clients in person, I also offer telecounselling – on the phone or online. I’m registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals.
