Everyone knows that buying in bulk is cheaper.  So why did my friend’s client insist last week that they will pay more to purchase higher volumes of the product/service? Shouldn't it be the other way? In this atypical contract the buyer pays MORE for purchasing higher volumes, in order to incentivize growth in their supply chain.
