Two-Thirds of the Brett Ellis (namesake included) showed up to sit on the futon today, but the third member was there in spirit!  Calvin and Brett spoke for Rick many times, making us realize (as they "enlighten us") that he didn't need to be here...as long as he shows up to the shows.  Brett and Calvin take us on a journey through the old Blues and Jazz days, reminiscing of the early days of "fusion," and talking plenty about it.  Their most recent album was their first-ever LIVE album (after decades of writing and performing), amid over a dozen of other available albums.   Brett and Calvin brought with them the first release of the master for (what might be) the title track off of their forthcoming album..."The Enemy Within."  BRACE YOURSELVES...these guys don't want you to have dry seats when they're done with you...that first hit's a doozy...YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST!!!
